From 2011, I led a multifaceted digital transformation for iconic British heritage brand Barbour, extending over five years. Beginning with a comprehensive ecommerce platform redesign that honored their classic aesthetic while enhancing usability, we expanded into innovative retail experiences through custom digital installations in flagship stores. My team developed Barbour's first mobile application, seamlessly connecting their heritage narrative with modern shopping expectations, while my art direction on campaign videos established a distinctive visual language that balanced tradition with contemporary appeal. This body of work modernized Barbour's digital presence while carefully preserving the authentic character that has defined the brand for generations.
